Please somebody:
Put me in time-out.
I need a break.
No Sleep + No Money for Vacation + No money/Time for retail therapy + Work + No Hot Water in my shower + Being 30 + Yucky Winter Weather + No Exercise + Eating like Hell ( I brought a giant bag of Swedish Fish, a box of Sour Patch kids, a bag of skittles, and a diet pepsi to work with me) + an overall really crappy attitude = Someone who is prone to yelling, crying, and gaining weight.
It's not a pretty thing, and it getting ridiculous.

Okay, this may seem a little bit weird, but I've been doing the blog stalking......found you from Julie....anyway, your little Deakon is adorable!! My oldest son, Dakota, has Cerebral Palsy, and it is so nice to hear somebody else's perspective on things. I don't think that anybody really understands the hardship, the heartbreak, the wonderful moments, the milestones of each and every therapy, doctor visits, surgeries, leg braces, and everything else that comes along with a child with a disability until they live it!
Wish you luck and you'll have to check out our family blog....unfortunately I didn't start one soon enough for Dakota and his earlier years....wish it would have been available to vent.
Ok...if you ever get a time out...please let me know how. I would love to have some words of advice to cheer you up, but I am more pessimistic now than I ever have been in my whole life. No money, a 920 square ft apartment, possibly getting laid off in March, haven't worked out in a year and a half, crappy hair and no medication because my daughter will not let me wean her because she refuses a bottle. That was pathetic huh? All I know about us both is that we have the church, families that love us, and great kids...that shouls be all that matters! Love ya!
Wow- something must be in the water- cause I'm praying for a time-out!! But happy days for me- my laptop is now fixed & I can attempt to reenter the blogging world! Which also means that I get to catch up on all your witty posts! I've missed them! Cute pics-love the purple shirt!! Too funny! Like the poster says- you look hot for an old lady!! Only thing- you are NOT old! Cause if you're old- that means I'm older!! So thank the heavens right now that you're hot & don't be depressed about that cause there's plenty of other crap for us to be sad about, right?!? Chin up girlfriend- our "time-out" is next Wed. night at volleyball, right?? ;0)
I want to come too when you have a time out!! I have had 3 NAUGHTY kids today from the adoption agency which has given me a horrible headache only to know that I will be waking up in the morning to start it all over again. Kevin had to run a errand for work tonight and I said no way in hell you are leaving me without taking the kids. He agreed to take them and I tried to find something to bash my head into. No luck! I sat on my bed and cuddled with Grady!! AHHHHHH that felt nice to vent!!
You totally just described me except I'm gorging on Cinnamon Bears and a Cherry Coke + we have lots of vomit at our house. Good times. We need to find someone to fund a Girl's Shopping Trip for us.
Reading this reminds me how happy I am that my drug of choice was not ESTROGEN:) But I know where to go if I ever need a fix. Love ya and just so you know, the "Born A Middle Aged Women" was a compliment.
